Asperger's Disorder & Autism: Advances in Understanding and Interventions
Celine Saulnier, Ph.D., the Training Director for the Yale Autism Program at the Yale Child Study Center, will provide participants with detailed information on the current research and media trends in defining, classifying, and treating ASDs, with an emphasis on the clinical implications of each. Three broad sections will cover defining clinical features, diagnostic assessment, and treatment and intervention, with a focus on the latter. Case examples and videos will be used to illustrate key concepts, and research findings will be discussed. Six hours of CE/CME credit will be awarded.
